Ordering & Pick Up
- All orders must be received before 4pm on the day prior to your desired pick up date.
- We do not offer pick up Sun, Mon or Tues. If you have an event on one of these days, be sure to order before 4pm on Friday for Saturday pick up or contact us in advance to see if other arrangements are possible.
- Pick ups are 2pm-closing Wed-Sat. If you need to pick up earlier, please order at least 48 hours in advance and contact us during business hours to make arrangements at 831-515-7406.
- If you need to rush an order, please call us at 831-515-7406 during bussiness hours to see what we can do to meet your needs.
- By ordering you acknowledge that you agree to the terms outlined above.
REFUNDS
- No refunds will be given for missed pick ups. No exceptions. You can pick up your order on the next day we are open.
- Due to limited fridge space, if your order is not picked up within 72 hours of your scheduled pick up date it will be donated.
- If there is anything about your order that you did not find delightful, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
